We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven Solar Maintenance Technician Instructor to
lead our newly launched 15-week Solar Maintenance Technician Program, developed in
collaboration with Leeward Renewable Energy and supported by Sungrow.
This is a high-profile, flagship program - the first of its kind in the U.S. with direct industry
backing - training the next generation of utility-scale solar technicians, including
transitioning veterans and adult learners. With real-world labs and cutting-edge equipment,
we're not just teaching solar - we're redefining how it's taught.
