We are seeking an enthusiastic and thorough Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA) & System Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in banking, finance, or accounting who are interested in developing their skills in quality assurance and system support within a technology-driven environment. While an IT background is not required, familiarity with basic IT concepts and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Database knowledge is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist during the development and execution of test cases to ensure new systems satisfy business and functional requirements.
• Participate in system testing, issue identification, and reporting.
