Responsibilities
:
Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Account Executive (AE) team
Foster a results-driven, high-accountability sales culture
Conduct regular 1:1s and team reviews with a focus on coaching and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the BDR Manager to optimize outreach and lead qualification
Design and refine workflows, cadences, and objection-handling strategies
Ensure smooth BDR-to-AE handoffs to maximize conversion rates
Drive new logo acquisition and maintain strong pipeline coverage (3–4x)
Track and improve KPIs: meetings booked, held rates, conversion, win rates, quota attainment
Collaborate with Marketing to align ICP, messaging, and lead list strategy
Capture, analyze, and leverage customer insights to improve experience and outcomes.
