Customer needs analysis: Understand and analyze customer needs from their perspective, and communicate them clearly to the development team in a way that is actionable and easy to grasp
Backlog management: Continuously refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring features, user stories, and acceptance criteria are well‑defined and aligned with customer expectations and team capacity
PI planning: Collaborate with the Agile Coach and development team members to prepare PI planning and define clear objectives for each iteration
Stakeholder alignment: Act as the communication link between the development team and internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, research teams, and internal process teams, ensuring transparency and alignment
Documentation authoring: Co‑author user guides, release notes, and other product documentation to support customer understanding and adoption
