Software Engineer Manager

If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and have strong experience in technical leadership and cloud-based software development, we want to hear from you.

The Challenge

As a Software Engineer Manager, you will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and high-quality delivery across backend, frontend, and DevOps. You will act as a key bridge between Architecture, Product, and Development teams, guaranteeing code quality, security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain scalable software architecture patterns, including microservices, APIs, and modular design.

Enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
