What You Will Do:
Drive technical excellence across multiple GBS solutions
Participate in technical design reviews to ensure high-quality platforms.Develop and implement plans to fill skillset gaps on the team and within the broader global organizationContribute to the technical roadmap by identifying gaps in our technical implementation and opportunities for improvement.Identify and cross-train technical solution members within the team to provide platform support coverageDirectly manage all work flowing through the team
