Autodesk is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization. The team builds integrations and platform capabilities that empower Customer Success teams to drive customer adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes at scale.
In this role, you will lead, hire, nurture, and grow a team of talented engineers while staying close to technology. You will provide technical direction, review designs, guide delivery, develop proof of concepts when needed, and collaborate closely with Architects, Product Managers, Program Managers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
