JOB SUMMARY: Build technology solutions for data integration activities, including projects across Charter’s Biller, Ordering, Provisioning, Field Operations, and Customer Experience organizations. Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed design, solutions, and functional architecture and specifications. Assess opportunities to automate processes and functions. Create data flow diagram, system integration flow, and access policy to integrate various end systems based on the business needs. Implement monitoring and alerting processes for big data platform needs. Troubleshoot platform issues in assigned areas and develop strategic solutions to fix issues permanently.
