            Job Function  Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and daily administration of enterprise application systems to ensure stable system performance. 
Analyze and resolve system anomalies, production environment issues, and user-reported incidents; conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 
Support requirement gathering, requirement analysis, system impact assessment, and solution planning. 
Coordinate system testing, version deployment, production environment verification, and go-live support. 
Support system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 
Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, QA, and business units. 
Assist with system requirement analysis, functional assessment, and change management to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
