Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead Software Developer to help guide the front-end engineering direction for a high-traffic web platform. This person will act as the technical owner of a React/TypeScript front-end ecosystem, setting architecture standards, leading code reviews, and driving best practices. They will directly manage and mentor two front-end developers while collaborating closely with product, back-end, and DevOps teams. The role also includes hands-on full-stack work, contributing PHP services and MySQL database support, partnering on API design, and helping scale and optimize application performance. This individual will work closely with senior technical leadership to influence broader architecture decisions, documentation, tooling, and long-term technical strategy.
