What you’ll do

- Conduct technical interviews with software developers using a structured, bias-free platform

- Assess candidates’ coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving approach

- Provide clear, objective written feedback on each candidate’s performance

- Help refine interview content and processes over time

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Software Developer / Engineer (strict requirement — applications below 5 years will not be considered)
