Job Description

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
• Hands-on experience with ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred).
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model.
• Experience with workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Understanding of software licensing models and compliance management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
