Job Description This post is based in the Throughcare Aftercare service in Moray. To provide, arrange and co-ordinate assessed social work and other services for young people who are in care or beyond if deemed in best interest of young person. Provide a social work service to young people who transfer to Throughcare Aftercare whilst still deemed LAC. Work in collaboration with other statutory agencies and organisations. Within this collaborative framework, assist in the identification of local need and participate in the design and delivery of appropriate services. Responsibilities To work directly with looked after and accommodated young people to promote their wellbeing.
