The Social Worker at our client plays a vital role in promoting the emotional, social and academic well‑being of students. The position involves providing counseling, crisis intervention, family outreach and community liaison services to ensure that every student is supported to reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Student Support and Counseling: Provide individual and group counseling to students facing personal, social or academic challenges; identify students at risk and develop intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents and administrators; support students in developing coping strategies, social skills and positive behavior.
