Professionals within our team include, Social Workers, Approved Mental Health Professionals, Psychologists, and Psychiatric nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Psychiatrists. We hold a weekly meeting that affords time to discuss complex cases in a multidisciplinary arena.
Our service offers secondary mental health care for adults living with dementia and people over 65 years diagnosed with mental ill health.
Through the provision of recovery focussed care and treatment, we encourage individuals to adopt a strengths based approach and offer support in achieving personal outcomes. Our team work closely with individuals and families to ensure they are safe and live well in their own communities.
