About Community Mental Health Department Our Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) teams support clients who are at risk of or diagnosed with mental illness as well as their caregivers. The teams provide basic emotional support and monitoring of their mental health conditions through home visits and service linkages.
Responsibilities - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as government agencies, grassroots, and community-based organizations to raise awareness of mental health
