Batshaw Youth and Family Centres are hiring for full-time Social Workers within the Evaluation and Orientation Service. This role focuses on addressing neglect and abuse in English-speaking communities. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to assess risks, implement protective measures, and support youth and their families effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with children and families in the field
• Assess risks and develop safety plans
• Propose tailored intervention solutions
• Guide youth towards positive behavioral development
• Write reports and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• Member of OPCQ or in process of membership
• Fluent in English and French
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
