Rocscience is looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead the day-to-day strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of its social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The role is designed for someone who can turn social from a reactive publishing function into a structured, measurable, platform-first brand and demand engine.
This is not a post-and-schedule role. It is a hands-on strategy and execution role for someone who understands content planning, community management, reporting, platform behaviour, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, commercially aware, and capable of moving work forward while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
This is an existing vacant role with expected total compensation of $75,000-$85,000 CAD, based on experience . This is a hybrid role that will be in-office 4 days/week (Monday – Thursday).
