We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Community & Content Specialist to manage day-to-day engagement and support content execution across key social platforms. This role focuses on real-time community management, short-form copywriting, and content publishing, while helping translate engagement insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Write and publish engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, captions, and responses across platforms
+ Manage comment threads, direct messages, and community interactions using social management tools (e.g., Sprout)
+ Monitor conversations and identify escalation risks, including potential crisis management situations
+ Support content publishing workflows, including scheduling and posting organic content
