Responsibilities
+ Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok
+ Develop data-driven strategies to increase growth, engagement, and conversions
+ Create and oversee high-performing content, including both short-form and long-form video
+ Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling ad assets
+ Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights, trends, and KPIs
+ Manage budgets, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize ROI
