Experience: 3+ years in social media and community management, preferably in B2B, fintech, tech, or Web3/blockchain.
Channels: Strong hands‑on experience with LinkedIn and X (Twitter); familiarity with Discord, Telegram, or similar community platforms.
Content: Ability to write clear, engaging copy; experience with short‑form video, graphics, or working with designers is a plus.
Analytics: Experience using native and third‑party analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
Organisation: Reliable execution of calendars, deadlines, and cross‑team coordination.
