Responsibilities
Manage Data Health and Connections organic social and for paid social attribution.
Manage Sprinklr platform implementation and renewal.
Provides country coverage enablement and training.
Crisis Mitigation: buildout and iterations to listening and care streams+workflows.
Experience delivering best in class content plans aligned to broader social, brand and business objectives and then delivering against that plan from end-to-end.
Extensive knowledge of the key social platforms, algorithms and how audiences engage. Ability to create basic graphics and edit videos using existing on-brand templates (Adobe Xpress / ...
