Always-On & Campaign Reporting: Monitor social media platforms regularly to ensure consistent presence and engagement Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and campaign effectiveness Prepare detailed reports showcasing key insights and recommendations for improvement

Community Management: Engage with our audience across various social media channels to foster meaningful interactions and build brand loyalty Respond promptly to comments, messages and inquiries, maintaining a positive and authentic brand voice Identify trends, conversations and opportunities to enhance community engagement
