Social Commerce Strategy & Platform Growth

• Develop and execute the social commerce growth roadmap across TikTok Shop and adjacent platforms
• Translate brand strategies from Face, Sun, Flask, and Optical into platform-specific commerce activations
• Monitor platform algorithm shifts, feature rollouts, and competitive movement to continuously optimize approach
• Set brand-level GMV targets and own launch sequencing — reporting directly to the Online Sales and Marketing Head
