Social Worker Salary: $3,500 - $4,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday (44 hours per week)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm (Once a month 8am - 8pm shift)
Location: Sembawang / Bukit Batok / Buangkok
Job Responsibilities - Develop individualise care plans for residents
- Execute the care plan and monitor progress
- Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
- Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents
Job Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Social Work
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
