MRSNAG is looking for a detail-oriented Snagging Inspector to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying defects, and preparing professional snagging reports before handover.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for apartments, villas, and commercial units
• Identify construction defects, finishing issues, and installation problems
• Prepare clear and detailed snagging reports with photos
• Check quality of civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing works
• Coordinate with clients and contractors when required
• Ensure inspections are completed professionally and on time
