• Build, test, and deploy SMS messages using TCP’s SMS marketing platform (e.g. Vibes).
• Assist in personalizing SMS messages to enhance relevance and customer engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests on SMS copy, send times, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign results.
• Build and maintain segmented SMS lists, ensuring they are clean, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy laws.
