Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for SMT, AOI, and Wave Solder processes
• Perform SMT programming for Juki & Panasonic machines (CM602 & NPM)
• Prepare and release loading lists prior to engineering builds
• Optimize SMT programs to improve cycle time and efficiency
• Conduct temperature profiling for reflow and wave solder ovens
• Support fabrication and buyoff for stencil, fixtures, and wave pallets
• Evaluate solder materials (solder paste, solder bar, flux) for engineering builds
• Review Gerber files and propose design improvements based on process capability
