Led and supported end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of SmartRecruiters across the recruitment lifecycle. 
Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather hiring requirements and translate them into system configurations. 
Configured requisition workflows, approval processes, interview stages, and candidate lifecycle management. 
Enabled integrations between SmartRecruiters and external systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, job boards, and background check vendors. 
Provided support for data migration, reporting setup, and dashboard creation for recruitment analytics. 
Assisted in UAT testing, defect resolution, go‑live activities, and post‑implementation stabilization. 
Delivered functional advisory and best‑practice recommendations to HR and business teams for process optimization.
