Responsibilities

  • Selling the entire Customer 360 Platform or a specific cloud across Salesforce customers and/or new logos.
  • Understanding how businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions at the C‑level.
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
  • Identifying business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business.
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
  • Focusing on value and return on investment rather than purely technical functionality.
  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Average of 2‑5 years of full‑cycle sales experience, with at least 1 year in the field and a proven track record of success.
