            Responsibilities  Ensure sling making is done as per plan and in accordance to the required specifications and quality requirement. 
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring no delay and fully reviewing and managing any issues. 
Ensure necessary training of team members to maximize their potential. 
Keep management updated with all matters related to sling manufacturing. 
Propose methods and resource requirements to enhance sling making process. 
After completion of sling making, create waybills and arrange for transportation to the barge or vessel. 
Arrange proper storage of all slings and preserve as required. 
Receive slings after offshore completion, perform condition check of the wire rope, and maintain records. 
Inspect slings regularly, clean before and after use, and arrange for proper storage.
