            Responsibilities  Responsible to ensure that slings making is done as per plan and in accordance to the required specifications and quality requirement. 
Responsible to oversee the day to day operations and ensure no delay to operations and any issues are fully reviewed and managed. 
Ensure that necessary trainings of team members are conducted to maximize their potential. 
Responsible to keep management updated with all matters related to slings manufacturing. 
Shall propose methods resources requirements to enhance slings making process. 
After completion of sling making he shall be responsible for making the waybills and arranging for transporting them to the barge or vessel. 
Arrange for proper storage of all slings and preserved as required. 
Responsible to receive the slings after completion of work offshore and perform the condition check of the wire rope and maintain records of same.
