We are currently looking for a Skills Development & Employment Equity Consultant in our JHB North branch to assist clients in identifying training needs and corresponding solutions, access government funding for learnerships, guide clients in their compliance with Employment Equity legislation, submission of various crucial reports, and ensuring that equitable opportunities are given to clients' staff, providing support for day-to-day compliance related queries and maintaining a solid relationship with clients.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for: Apply concerted efforts to leverage training practices in a way that indicates return on investment for own clients. Channel clients’ training identified through various sources eg. WSP and ATR interventions to Labour Net and affiliated partners.
