Summary

The Skilled Technician (Painter) is responsible for performing painting tasks throughout the hotel property. This includes applying paint, varnish, stains, and finishes to a wide variety of surfaces including walls, furniture, doors, and other hotel fixtures. The role ensures that the hotel's aesthetic standards are upheld and that the property’s interior and exterior surfaces remain in pristine condition providing a visually appealing environment for guests

Responsibilities

• Perform painting tasks on walls, ceilings, doors, windows and other surfaces as required ensuring a high-quality finish.
• Apply varnishes, stains and other finishes to wooden furniture, doors, trim and other items to restore or enhance their appearance.
