**Job Description**

This role supports residential and modular construction projects within a manufacturing environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will assist with a variety of construction, installation, and production tasks, working alongside carpenters, assemblers, and other trades to help deliver high-quality building components safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist with the construction and assembly of wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures.
+ Perform a variety of general labor duties including material handling, loading, unloading, staging, and site organization.
+ Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to support construction and production activities.
+ Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications and work instructions.
