**Job Description**
Join our team as a Skilled Laborer in Buffalo, NY, where you will support day-to-day operations in a production shop dedicated to building custom industrial water, wastewater, and process separation systems. Your role will involve hands-on labor support, including assembly, shipping/receiving, painting, and facility upkeep.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform mechanical assembly, including mounting equipment, instrumentation, and tank internals.
+ Support shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading/unloading trucks, stocking materials, preparing skids, and completing paperwork.
+ Operate overhead crane, forklift, and complete rigging tasks.
+ Conduct painting tasks, including setup, surface preparation, degreasing, application, and cleanup.
+ Assist with shop maintenance, including equipment repair, yard/shop cleanup, and organization.
