Role
As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in the production and assembly of aircraft components, including:
- Manufacturing both main and sub‑assemblies (jig‑controlled and non‑jig controlled) using appropriate tools, fixtures, and established assembly techniques
- Working across a range of aircraft structures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, processes, and procedures to consistently meet stringent quality standards
- Producing first‑off production units with accuracy and attention to detail
- Carrying out mechanical assembly work to a consistently high standard
