Work as part of the Infrastructure Maintenance team to provide designated maintenance services for the community. The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of manual tasks to achieve a high standard of maintenance of roads, footpaths, stormwater drainage systems, signs and street furniture within the Municipality.
In this role you will:
Coordinate and perform the smooth action and compliance of infrastructure maintenance tasks on site Maintain roads, footpaths, storm water drainage system, street signs and street furniture within the Municipality Work cooperatively with team members and members of the public, escalating enquiries and problems as they emerge Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, digging, raking, sweeping and the use of mechanical tools Correctly use and maintain plant and equipment provided, including personal protective equipment, in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions a...
