Job Responsibilities - Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss structural and architectural works, ensuring progress aligns with project schedules.
- Monitor site activities, check progress, and ensure subcontractors comply with safety regulations; report findings to the superior and Safety Officer.
- Inspect subcontractors work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and details, and take corrective actions for any non-conformance.
- Conduct daily inspections with the RE/RTO, address their comments, and ensure works are approved for commencement.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, documentation, and evidence for future reference or legal requirements.
