            Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and ensure all works are carried out according to project schedule and specifications. 
Monitor workers’ performance and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth site progress. 
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations. 
Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures. 
Ensure all workers wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safe work procedures. 
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants and relevant authorities on site matters. 
Prepare daily site reports, safety records and other required documentation. 
Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues. 
Ensure good housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
