            Responsible for the smooth and efficient on-site operational activities. 
Establish daily production planning, appropriately assign task on-site team and track status. 
Forecast and plan resources (materials) required are adequately stocked beforehand. 
Ensure records are well-maintained and updated for reporting. 
Daily submission of cylinder movement (incoming & outgoing) and inventory to Sales. 
Weekly submission of refrigerant assembly or progress record to Finance. 
Monthly submission of material inventory to Finance. 
Manage & control on plant equipment and machine preventive maintenance. 
Ensure SQE rules and regulations are adhered to during on-site operations.
