Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise construction teams, including general workers, welders, electricians, and other trades, ensuring effective manpower allocation and daily discipline management.
• Manage site workforce activities such as attendance tracking, task assignment, and productivity monitoring, and promptly address site issues.
• Verify construction materials specifications, manage material usage, and handle site housekeeping and material return after work completion.
