Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications 
Assist in project defects and rectifications 
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned 
 Requirements  Possess minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline 
Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
