Site Services Officer

37 hours per week. Early and Late shift – alternate weeks. 8am – 4pm on school holidays. Hours can be arranged with Management to meet the needs of the Trust.

Salary Band F (7‑10): £26,403 to £28,142 per annum.

The School

The Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust has a vacancy for a full‑time Site Services Officer at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form. The school moved to a newly built bespoke building on Glasshouse Lane in 2023. The post holder will be based in the Facilities team and report to the Premises and Maintenance Manager, working with a friendly team of Site Services Officers across the Trust.

The Role

The Facilities team operates a weekly 37‑hour shift pattern with alternating early and late shifts:

• Early Shift: Monday and Friday 7:15am–4pm (one‑hour unpaid lunch break, two 15‑minute breaks); Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am–4pm (one‑hour unpaid lunch break, two 15‑minute breaks).
