To fulfil training responsibilities set by the AM HSE which may include safety induction, conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers at site.
To participate in periodic safety meetings as specified by the management or client contractual requirements.
To participate in safety surveillance programs schedule for the projects according to the HSE rollout plan.
To participate in safety audits according to the internal/external HSE audit plan.
To report, evaluate and when necessary investigate all work-related accidents.
To assist AM HSE in accident investigation and implement corrective actions.
To assist AM HSE in communicating safety-related policies and procedures (OSH-MS), as well as ensuring they are followed.
To assist AM HSE in formulating new OSH site specific procedure (SSP) for the purpose of implementation at workplace.
