Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site‑specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walk‑abouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times.
• Investigate incidents, near‑misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee high‑risk activities such as working at heights, confined spaces, electrical works, and chemical handling.
