5+ years strong experience in Production Support / SRE / BizOps (L2 Operations - hands‑on troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident handling )
Strong scripting skills in Shell / Python / Jython
Experience with Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Splunk
Working knowledge of Java (1.8+)
Strong expertise in SQL and database troubleshooting (query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis for incident resolution)
Strong experience in incident management and distributed systems support, excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills & automation of operational tasks
Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members
Good‑to‑Have Skills
Knowledge of additional programming languages like C, C++, Go, Perl, Ruby
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., BlazeMeter)
