Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager/Director in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender submissions for various projects. Review supplier and contractor quotations to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Validate quantities and certify progress payments.
Track variations, change orders, and claims throughout project execution.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Interpret and understand general contract conditions and tender documentation.
Prepare budget estimates for variation orders as required.
Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on documentation, billing, and project-related issues.
Follow up with suppliers and contractors on invoices, payments, and quantity matters.
