We ae lokoing for a proven residential construction professional Site Manager to join a flagship project in Slough, who possess deep residential experience and fundamentally understand the client's uncompromising quality, meticulous attention to detail, and premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction stages, coordinating sub-contractors and internal trade packages from first fix to high-end handover.
Monitor, drive, and report on programme performance, proactively identifying and mitigating on-site risks.
Ensure all builds rigorously meet statutory requirements and the brand's premium internal quality standards (maintaining excellent digital QA tracking via Fieldview EDMS).
Champion an incident-free, proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture on site.
