Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
Conduct site inspections and maintain strong WHS compliance
Liaise with clients, architects, and internal project teams
Drive programme schedules and maintain project milestones
Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all stages of construction
  Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering custom or luxury residential homes
Strong understanding of high-end finishes and detailed construction methods
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain strong site relationships
Excellent communication and organisational skills
QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred
